The wine may be lost, but you can bet the seller's shipment was insured.
Did you see the car that knocked over a Tour de France rider? It was stop, hit one rider (and have all the bikes behind crash into the car), or hit a tree with the same result. I understand there is no one sympathetic with the car driver.
