Balancing it all

How do you guy's manage to do it??? I find it hard to find a balance between Family, Work and Training....... Any tips ???

I work with a small team who are well use to seeing me practice the odd move from kata and kumite. I work on a large piece of machinery and to me parts of it are as good as a wing chun dummy.
