The forum is very quiet at the moment. Everyone deeply occupied in renshu I guess.
Picked up a nice bottle of wine on my way home from work. Decided to try some Aussies and I can recommend Caravan Durif from Quarisa wines.
It went well with grilled salmon, grilled haloumi cheese and grilled garlic asparagus.
Spring and bbq-season is here in Nordics!
I am struggling with wanshu kata. I guess it will be better tomorrow than it was today :-)
Greetings to you all!

Durif is not very common. I've tried this before and have a bottle stashed away - The Black Stump Durif Shiraz

Over the last few years there's been an Australian (relatively cheap) wine making inroads in the States, with a kangaroo on it (of course!)..? Ah yes, Yellowtail. But I don't think it was mu cup of tea.
