For those still awake and can access BBC2 the movie The Hidden Blade is on at 50 minutes past midnight, so very soon. As in now, today.

Talking of bowing too much :-) they are bowing whilst passing the cannon ball to the gun between each other and getting told off!

This is also the movie where a bunch of samurai are taught how to run Western style. The differences of jun and gyaku movement with sword in place. He is also just practising 'okuri ashi' just now.
