I got the company to send it to my brother in the US, who then sent it on, as a gift to avoid import duty.
Maybe it is stuck in customs. Did they confirm when it was sent?
I still received it before you and my brother didn't send on for a week or two.

No they haven't confirmed its been sent yet. It's only been a couple of weeks. I'll give it a bit longer before I get pushy.
