Hi all

This dvd has been brought to my attention. I was wondering if anyone has it and can advise if its worth getting - is there anything new on it?

Morning Shep.
There's only three left now! I've just ordered one.
Hope you are well.
Kind Regards,

I received a copy and took a quick look through. Its an interview with Jiro and Kazutaka Otsuka, with films of several demonstrations by the founder, some colour some black and white but nothing earlier than about 1970. The part which is probably most interesting are the extracts from a professional film taken at the Dental College - black and white but very clear, Otsuka performing kumite kata, tantodori and some of the kata.

Having been through it once I now realise that there are English subtitles, d'oh! Or should I say do-jo!

Although Ohtsuka Sensei does not demonstrate idori he does the movement from one of them standing up. The one with the head twist.
