Which means that you always need to know the source. Particularly the web is littered with unreliable information that is just copied from another source, which was copied from another source, etc. It builds up to a bubble of information which looks authentic because it appears in so many places. For me, if a piece lists no source of information, not even a writer, I don't bother reading it.
That said, I find wikipedia a very valuable resource. But only if one considers that wikipedia is not a destination, but rather a starting point...

BTW, wadoworld.com is still online, albeit somewhat comatose.

Thank you for all suggestions. I think I've sourced a couple of these books but I've taken onboard the suggestions about following my new associations practices first.
