Weekend course with Sugasawa Sensei 7th Dan, Chief Instructor of Shikukai Karate-Do International.
January 28th & 29th.
Location: Colchester, Essex UK. Highwoods Sports Centre. Postcode: CO4 9PU
Training times: Saturday 1pm to 4pm, Sunday 10 to 1pm.
Very handy for anyone in the east of England (or anyone in the Colchester area).
Be nice to see some of the members from this forum.
