Can I claim a new body under warranty?

Last night I had a twinge around the area between the big toe and the ankle of my left leg along the ridge. I then drove at lunchtime and changing gear made a twinge over my knee cap and now at home I have a pain in the band between my ankle and Achilles tendon.
What's going on? I can't all properly.

If you have kicked anything as of late then it could be impact related and might be some soft tissue damage, so it should go away soon enough. Worst case scenario is that it's a trapped nerve or you've injured the area around the bone. However, it could also be circulation or blood pressure related. If it persists, get it checked out but I would say it should go away given time.

Changing gears...? Wow, do they still make cars like that...?
Check for pronation on both ankles Gordon. If so it may be that it needs strapping for any training. Posture starts at the ankle joints and the effect of pronation runs upward joint by joint. Ankles, knees, hips, pelvic girdle, sacrum, and any or all of them 33 vertebra can be effected. A good masseuse or chiropractor if you can find one.
Big toe is also liver meridian starting on the lateral (inner) side of big toe nail there are 4 acupuncture/acupressure points between there and the ankle before the meridian slips upward along the inside of the shinbone and all points north. Swelling in the soft tissue of the web between the first and second toe and 2 inches backwards on the top of the foot can indicate some consideration for liver health is warranted by reduction in alcohol intake. Sorry bout that but it ain't the death knell and some TCM - you probably know people - or a knowledgeable shiatsu practitioner can help.
Before you cancel all the wine orders though you should raise a glass in farewell to Christopher Hitchens who left the dojo for good yesterday.. A sad loss.

Normally a few circles or the ankle and a couple of clicks and it is gone but the knee cap thing threw me and I started to think is there some band that runs from the toe around the ankle and over the knee cap. I've heard of the band along the outside of the leg.

Pain in the knee can be symptomatic of some stasis in the liver meridian on the inner aspect of the knee joint
Xi guan just below and
Qu quan at the joint level where the Liver meridian is located also.
Too much aggressive torque in Naihanchi and/or Seishan knees might be a consideration too but that doesn't sound like Academy training when looking at Shiomitsu sensei's teaching..??

I don't think it would be down to that kind of training of naihanchi or Seishan knees.
One thing I didnt mention was that on my right shoulder, that small tear drop muscle bit towards the front has been hurting for a few weeks. Strange how it is the opposite extreme to the left ankle that is playing up.
Yoga mat is coming out his morning and an hour or two of gentle stretching and massage is called for methinks.

Watch that shoulder. Could be the beginning of frozen shoulder. That's how mine started; five months later and I'm still inching my way back to full movement.

Even a gentle jodan uke has a touch of pain on the way up.
Time to give the body some TLC for a bit. Must be telling me something.

Sounds more like it could be pronation Gordon which - on its upward climb will transfer imbalance and pain diagonally in sequence through the next joint in the body - for instance: Left ankle - right knee - left hip - right shoulder as each joint compensates in sequence for the imbalance..
Strip down and face a big mirror and check the body by measuring the negative space between the arms and hands at each side when in shizentai. Less space on either side will show and imbalance, symmetry will show a balanced framework.. The you can go from there or eliminate pronation.
