What was Suzuki sensei like?

Post by majin29 »

Suzuki sensei passed away right about the time I began my Wado training and all I've been able to learn about him is through his very fascinating biography and watching clips of him on YouTube (boy was he fast even when he was in his 60s/70s!). Have any of you spent time with the late sensei and if so, what was he like? I'm curious.

Sorry if this has already been brought up in other threads.

I reckon my dad could have made mincemeat out of all of ‘em!

But seriously….

Acer
Always a stickler for historical accuracy (not that your assertion matters hugely), I’m just curious; where did you get this tit-bit of information from?

Source – do tell.

Well its not so hard to imagine the source I guess...A lot of them are in his autobiography too, a public book that no one said anything against it even if he says the names clearly no one of them said that’s not true...

I have that book.

I'll look in the index under 'P' for punchbag.
