Curious to say the least; but both Silva and Machida won their matches and credited their training with Seagal as a factor.
Maybe the man isn't full of hot air and nonsense; or maybe hot air and nonsense used by a high caliber athlete actually works in the ring?
Edit: Although I felt it was dubious on first viewing; tried some of this stuff down at the gym with my sparring partner this evening; and some of it actually does have validity. Though to be fair I saw it on video and copied from video, maybe with the instruction on hand I'd get the stuff I didn't find working for me today.
