I really do find it strange that you turn people away............perhaps I am missing something again.

it has been a long time.
I was once told that the students choose the teacher, but that the teacher chooses the students as well. The atmosphere in the dojo is extremely important. I have refused people myself. I don't let everybody into my house neither.
