Which means that you always need to know the source. Particularly the web is littered with unreliable information that is just copied from another source, which was copied from another source, etc. It builds up to a bubble of information which looks authentic because it appears in so many places. For me, if a piece lists no source of information, not even a writer, I don't bother reading it.oneya wrote:One should also consider the writer and his motives.
That said, I find wikipedia a very valuable resource. But only if one considers that wikipedia is not a destination, but rather a starting point...
