It amazes me how effortless this looks, almost as if it is staged. I know it's not as i've had this done to me(not at this level) in the past....

I think this is excellent. it reminds me of being in the Dojo at one of Shiomitsu Sensei seminars..... Relax, natural position is the strongest.. it's so true, makes perfect sense and yet i can't get it through my thick head to do it!!!

His speed is incredible, I always joke that you would have to stop to overtake me! ha ha... Murase ? I remember reading somewhere that Arthur Meek had an introduction wth him when he went to Japan.
