Just heard the other week that Paul Rodgers (Free and Bad Company), trained in Wado with Suzuki sensei.Has anybody any info. on this, ie years training and if he is still training.
I've always admired his music but didn't know he was in to Wado.

Hi Ichiro, Welcome to the forum.We used to do these combinations some years ago as part of the grading syllabus, step forward as in ayumi ashi, the one you remember is okuri ashi (sliding forward and punching with the leading arm).
