Re: Sanbon kumite
Acer, may be inspired or copied from Suzuki Sensei's Sanbon but as Reg Kear already explained definitely not his. Again this is is Suzuki's (WIKF) Sanbon Kumite..1-4 Jodan uke and shoto/uchi uke.On the other videos there are the mae geri 1-6 too.Performed not very good but anyway that what they are...

Are you crazy or something?Who said that’s my private letter from Suzuki sensei or whatever?????? or a reason for the post. A Letter from Sensei Suzuki...
I want to tell you about when I started Karate and how I trained and how I want you to tell all my karate students. Most students do not understand about what my Karate world is. Anyway this is very simple not only for Karate students but for all life. When I started Karate I did not want to just le...

Re: Killing me softly
Thanks for the answer Tim.We all heard how Ohtsuka always moved different from his student and yes that was from his JJ background that his student didn’t have. That’s why its kind of hard to believe that its all there and you can find it if you don’t take the same way as Ohtsuka did.For example one ...

Re: Killing me softly
Acer, you need to ask yourself how come these practices are still around if no one teaches them.. Reading this : He used Ju Jitsu techniques, Judo techniques, and Aikido techniques. My mind goes that Ohtsuka Sensei use something different that we have in mind.Imagine something like aikijutsu maybe?...

Re: Killing me softly
Actually my Sensei demonstrated how to use a lot of this in some kumite drills he showed me. And I have been playing with it myself - especially because at the WKF World Championships people like Rafaek Aghayev from Azerbaijan is throwing people to the ground and scoring on them on his way to a Gol...

Re: Scorpion Kick
Why is it relevant in this forum? Only because the inventor of the kick is Ko Matsuhisa, Japanese National Team member and JKF Wadokai member. The inventor in what way?If you search on internet you will find it long time before Matsuhisa performed it.The most famous (but a little different)is that ...

Re: Killing me softly
Acer, I might be on holiday but just a quick check here shows you add nothing to the general group discourse. People can disagree and people have don't this without issue recently but to just throw comments like that shows no real contribution. Why would anyone want to engage that? The self policin...

Re: Killing me softly
After that, Ohtsuka turned on his student, and began to kick his ass. Ohtsuka did not kick or punch. He used Ju Jitsu techniques, Judo techniques, and Aikido techniques. He did not use hard blocks. He only used very short & soft deflections. He was running all over the gym floor during his whol...
