Hi everyone.

Its been a while since I posted. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this Japenese Yoga. Its new to me. Has anyone tried it? How does it differ to normal yoga? From a brief browse of the net I cant see much difference. Can anyone enlighten me.

I enjoyed looking at the blue sky and summer scenes. Unfortunately we are still trying to shrug off winter’s grey blanket over here.

I am basically moving the site from a single server running Apache/MySQL in Bournemouth running SATA drives, onto separate Apache and MySQL servers runnign SCSI disks in London. This means changing the DNS, which can mean several hours for the Internet to update and recognise the new location. You ...

I've always liked Shingo Ohgami's other book 'Introduction to karate' very good. Suzuki's 'Karate-Do' has always been something of a bible
